Why do we do what we do?

This is what it’s all about…

[we recently contacted someone to ask about their trip - and have received the following reply...]

Luke and Charlotte – Hi!
Probably better if we talk as I can’t express my exuberance well enough by e mail to say we had a fantastic time in Patagonia both walking and paddling.  Not a complaint or criticsm of any sort but plenty of groans from my joints and me because every muscle aches.
The guys you work for are FANTASTIC and provide a faultless and very wonderful service.
It’s impossible to express the brilliance of teh whole holiday!
Thanks for all you did,

Our friends and family may think that we’re just in it for the trips to Patagonia, but reading emails like this makes us very happy indeed

Bill and Lynn’s Review of Swoop Travel’s service

“We had decided to visit Patagonia and, in particular, the Torres del Paine National Park. Initially, we contacted a number of local operators in Chile and obtained quotations and ideas regarding an itinerary. However, this process only served to confuse us as there were variations in itineraries, prices, accommodations and transport operations. We came across Swoop Travel and Luke Errington. We were so glad we did. After a couple of brief email exchanges and a telephone conversation with Luke we provided a description of the experience we wanted and from then on Luke took over the management of the different tour operators.

He provided a range of priced options with the pros and cons of each Tour/Trekking company and gave us a recommendation. He negotiated details with the operator we finally chose (Blue-Green). In a relatively short time we had a tour which fitted our time scale, our objectives, and our budget – thanks to Luke. We would recommend Luke and the team at Swoop to other people who want to visit this area and who want unbiased objective advice from some really nice people.”
